The Laboratory Department of the fourth hospital of Hebei Medical University was founded in 1955. In recent decades, the Laboratory Department has developed continuously, rapidly and healthily. With the introduction of new testing technology and the application of laboratory automation and information management methods, the working efficiency, service and scientific research ability of the Department have been continuously improved. In 2014, Department integration, under the leadership of the Department Director, formed a characteristic management mode with lean management as a tool, department culture as a starting point, and ISO15189 as a program. The development of the Department began to take a fast track. In 2015, the Department was awarded as "provincial key clinical laboratory medicine specialty of Hebei Province". In the same year, according to cnas-cl02:2012 "accreditation criteria for quality and ability of medical laboratories" (iso15189:2012, The technical requirements of IDT) have established a complete quality management system. In December 2016, the inspection department took the lead in the province to pass the expert review organized by the national conformity assessment and Accreditation Commission and obtain the ISO15189 accreditation certificate, and then passed the Supervision Review and re review in February 2018 and January 2019 respectively. The laboratory covers an area of more than 2000 square meters, under which there are seven professional groups of clinical examination, biochemistry, immunity, microorganism, blood disease, molecular biology and blood collection. It has automatic blood cell analysis line, automatic coagulation analysis line, thrombus elasticity chart, automatic biochemical analysis line, automatic immune analysis line, automatic dry biochemical immune analyzer, automatic nucleic acid extractor, digital PCR instrument, fluorescence quantitative PCR instrument, automatic gene sequencing instrument, automatic immunohistochemistry staining instrument, automatic fluorescence in situ hybridization More than 50 advanced instruments and equipment, such as analyzer, automatic fluorescent immune operation and interpretation system, automatic immunoblotting detection system, automatic blood culture instrument, automatic microbial identification drug sensitivity analyzer, automatic microbial mass spectrometer, automatic medical PCR analyzer, automatic intelligent blood collection system, etc., are built for all sub professional platforms with full-automatic intelligent and integrated laboratory It provides a strong guarantee. The Laboratory Department has one director and two deputy directors. At present, there are 58 professional and technical personnel in the Department, including one chief technician, seven deputy chief technicians, two master's supervisors, three doctoral students, 25 master's students, 19 undergraduates, 11 junior college students. With the characteristics of tumor diagnosis and the comprehensive development of various professional fields, the laboratory provides the most characteristic laboratory services for the majority of patients. The immunology specialty takes the lead in introducing the detection of serological tumor markers in the province, and keeps up with the forefront of professional development, and constantly carries out new projects. At present, 17 tumor markers can be detected, with comprehensive projects and wide coverage, providing valuable data for early diagnosis, dynamic treatment monitoring and prognosis evaluation of tumor patients; in addition, indirect immunofluorescence technology and immunoblotting technology are used to carry out The detection of autoimmune diseases, such as autoimmune liver disease, antinuclear antibody spectrum screening, EB virus antibody spectrum detection, autoimmune diabetes detection, vasculitis antibody detection, has important clinical value for the diagnosis and treatment monitoring of various autoimmune diseases; in the context of precision medicine and individualized medicine, molecular diagnosis is realized by liquid biopsy technology Now, the non-invasive detection of tumor gene map can analyze the key mutations of carcinogenesis in early stage, provide curative effect monitoring, tumor load and prognosis evaluation, and provide strong support for the whole process management of tumor clinical treatment. The clinical microbiology major focuses on the research of drug resistance mechanism of pathogenic bacteria and the inspection of rare bacteria. It combines traditional microbial inspection technology with new technologies such as microbial mass spectrometry analysis and gene sequencing, which greatly improves the detection rate of pathogenic bacteria and greatly shortens the time of inspection report.
Personnel training and teaching
The Department is responsible for the training and teaching of postgraduates and undergraduates in the school of clinical laboratory diagnostics, Hebei Medical University, and the standardized training base for resident doctors of clinical laboratory specialty approved by the state health and Family Planning Commission, which has trained 28 postgraduates.
